• How long does shipping take and how is it processed?

We ship from Spain to all of Europe. Delivery times vary between 2–5 business days within Spain and Portugal, and 5–10 days across the rest of Europe. We partner with UPS, Correos, and DHL to ensure fast and secure delivery.

• What happens if my jewelry arrives damaged or I need an exchange?

We offer a quality guarantee. If your jewelry arrives damaged or you wish to make an exchange, you may request it within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us through our form and we will handle your return or replacement.

• Are the jewels waterproof?

Yes, some of our pieces are made of waterproof stainless steel, resistant to water and designed to accompany you every day without losing shine or color.
However, our buriti fiber jewelry and those featuring natural stones should not be exposed to water, as their organic composition may be damaged by direct contact.
