At Purplee Store, we want you to be completely in love with your unique piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day risk-free return window with a full refund.


How to initiate a return:

To start your return process, please email our concierge team at info@purpleestore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a complimentary pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us at no extra cost.


Eligibility & Security Seal:


To ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our customers, returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Security Seal: All jewelry is shipped with a Purplee Security Seal. We can only process a return and full refund if this seal remains intact, untampered, and attached to the piece.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition.
  • Packaging: The piece must be returned in its original eco-luxury packaging, including all certificates and inserts.

Non-refundable situations:

  • Items with a broken, removed, or tampered security seal.
  • Products that show obvious signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Returns initiated after the 14-day window.
  • Items missing original parts or packaging.
  • Please note: Refusing delivery is not considered a valid return. If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact us first so we can assist you.

Refunds:


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your full refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Complimentary Worldwide Shipping:


We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over €150. For orders below this value, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. Every Purplee piece is shipped with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
