Warranty Policy
Our jewelry offers a 1-year warranty from receipt of your order. Our warranty exchanges your piece for a new one or one of equal value (no cash refunds).
The warranty covers:
Earring posts (dropping).
Stones/zirconia or moissanite drop.
Functionality of necklace and bracelet clasps.
Chain and bracelet rings.
Gold and silver color (may fade or vary slightly due to use, but will not lose its color).
The warranty does not cover:
Scratches from use.
Dents from drops or impacts.
Color change due to improper care of the piece (using perfume or abrasive liquids).
Huggies that don't close properly (you can adjust it by pushing the post).
Loss of the piece.
Breakage due to misuse of the piece (such as applying excessive force or mishandling it).
How do I apply a warranty?
To apply the warranty, you must present a gift or purchase receipt within one year of purchase. Our warranty replaces your piece with a new one or one of equal value (no cash refunds).
