Returns
At Purplêe Store, we adhere to a 14-day full refund policy. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, please return it to us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund. To initiate a return, please email us at info@purpleestore.com.
For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-refundable situations:
-Items in used condition and without their original packaging.
-Products that show obvious signs of use.
-Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Returns initiated after 14 days of receipt.
-Refusing delivery is not considered a valid return and will not be eligible for a refund. If you are considering refusing a delivery, please contact us first so we can assist you.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us for assistance.
Shipping:
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties:
Taxes, duties, or customs import charges are the customer's responsibility. We do not cover additional fees or costs for the final delivery of the package to the destination country. These charges vary depending on country laws and policies, and we cannot estimate their amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties and taxes, a refund will not be issued.
