That’s why every Purplee piece is covered by a 5-year warranty and includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Should your jewelry lose its luster or face any manufacturing defect, we will provide a professional solution—either through replacement or repair—at no cost to you.

CERTIFIED AUTHENTICITY

REPLATING SERVICE

We are confident in our durability. However, if your jewelry's luster fades within the first 5 years due to normal wear, we will professionally re-plate it for you, free of charge. After the warranty period, we offer a lifetime re-plating service for a symbolic fee.

REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS

Should any manufacturing defect occur, we will repair your piece to its original brilliance. If a repair isn't possible, we will provide a direct replacement or a store voucher of equal value—no questions asked.
